Squirtle at the beach 😎🌊

This project was in the back of my mind from the very beginning of my sewing journey. However, the lack of materials at my disposal at that time meant I couldn’t achieve a result that met my own standards (I’ll tell you all about it later, I promise 😉).

Let me introduce you to the leader of the Squirtle gang as portrayed in a famous episode of the Pokémon animated series.

Like many of my generation, I have fond memories of this episode, particularly since I also adore Kamina in Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (I highly recommend watching that show to figure out the similarity) so here’s the plush equivalent of this brave Squirtle. 😎
